Fee discounts may be available for full-time students or early career clinicians, based on availability.
Superbills/electronic claims are provided for PPO reimbursement. HMOs are not accepted. Medicare and Medi-Medi is accepted by Dr. Sandoval only, depending on availability. Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) may be used to cover fees. All fees are due at time of service.
